Particle analyses
By using test sieve shakers produced at our own company, we can determine the grain size distribution of your product. The results of the particle size analysis, where particles are separated according to sizes ranging from 0.02 mm to 80 mm, provide important information for the layout of a vibrating screen.
No matter if the material is wet or dry; particle analyses conducted at our R&D Center always fulfil the requirements of DIN 66165-1. It is also possible to conduct an analysis using air jets. Determining bulk density as to ISO 1097-3 and the material’s ability to trickle using a discharge box provide further information about the material to be screened.
