Washing tests


For laying out the innovative HAVER Hydro-Clean® washing system and checking over the “washability” of materials, we offer different possibilities for determining washing resistance. By using a wet screening analysis as to DIN EN 12620, the amount of fine materials that can be washed off is determined. The washing resistance of a material is then determined by using our own developed laboratory washer.

 


For washing tests that simulate reality, we have available for our customers a mobile test plant. The system, with a capacity of 20 tons per hour, is equipped with a HC 350 Hydro-Clean® and a downstream vibrating screen.

In general the tests are conducted at your worksite.
