To attain higher productivity and profitability with our machine technology in the plants of our customers, many factors come into play.
One aspect that oftens receives far too little attention is the regular training of customer employees. Well trained machine operators and maintenance personnel are the key to higher productivity and quality. To be a strong partner in employee qualification, HAVER & BOECKER has been operating a training facility for its customers for over 12 years.

The main focus of our seminars at our Training Center is the HAVER & BOECKER machine range. Training modules are specifically individualised to suit the knowledge level of the particpants. Using a maximum group size of 6 persons and an optimum combination of theory and hands-on application, a high level of learning is reached every time.

The typical one-week courses take place at our plant in Oelde or, if requested, at the customer's location.
