FFS technology for powder-type products
HAP - HAVER ADAMS PROCESS®
HAVER ADAMS PROCESS® (HAP) is the new packing system for filling powder-type products into waterproof PE bags.
With regards to packing speed, two variants are available: THE ADAMS - a rotating high-speed machine with 8 or 10 filling spouts, or THE BENJAMIN - the compact variant with 1 to 4 filling spouts for intermediate outputs. The machine that goes into operation depends on the individual product properties such as bulk density, flow characteristics and air removal behaviour. Speeds of up to 1200 25-kg bags/hr can be reached.
THE ADAMS and THE BENJAMIN fill:
cleanly, water-tight, compactly, and provide a perfect product appearance
Clean:
Sealed-off filling spout and air suction provide dust-free filling. Perfect cleanliness from filling to sales to the consumer!
Tightly sealed:
In securely welded shut PE bags, your product gets the best protection against moisture! Storage times are thus immensely extended, even outside exposed to the elements!
Compact:
A high level of product compaction guarantees optimum use of storage and freight space while assuring good pallet stability. Integrated bag corner welding enhances the much desired box shape of filled bags. This provides for attractive looking stacks on pallets and is a prerequisite for automated stocking systems.

Premium quality products packed inside top quality packaging with a sophisticated glossy print greatly increase customer acceptance, and boost sales.
