PELLETIZING
Using its own research center at the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg, HEM can conduct mixing and agglomeration trials with materials provided by the customer. HAVER & BOECKER’s expertise extends from characterizing material properties to designing and laying out entire plants.

QUALITY CONTROL
The organization of the HAVER & BOECKER, engineering, innovation and service are all geared to benefit our customers and aim to deliver top quality. Our range of products includes laboratory equipment for packaging, mineral processing and bulk material handling technologies.

WASHING
The purpose of washing machinery (washing and purging equipment) is to loosen up and remove deleterious materials by using energy and dispersing agents. HAVER & BOECKER offers a wide range of products to get the job done. These machines and products are developed and laid out together with HEM.

SCREENING
The HAVER SCREENING GROUP - has 3 production plants worldwide and over 75 years of experience in developing and has delivered over 20,000 screening machines for the following applications: pre-screening / scalping, dry and wet screening, de-fillering, foreign material screening, dewatering as well as conveying / vibrating feeders.

ANALYSIS
The Wire Weaving Division’s product line consists of a wide range of equipment and wire cloth for particle measuring technology, particle analysis and screening. This includes photo-optical particle analysis equipment, test sieve shakers, test sieves, sample drying and sample splitter.

PACKING
Demands on packing technology are cleanliness, compactness, weight accuracy, high product protection and optimum appearance. These demands can be met by the proven valve bag system as well as the HAVER ADAMS PROCESS (HAP) packing system for filling powder-type building materials and minerals into sealed PE bags which assure a high level of product protection.

HAVER ENGINEERING, MEIßEN (HEM)
HEM is part of the company group of HAVER & BOECKER. HEM conducts for the entire HAVER Group research and development in the fields of particle agglomeration/pelletising, washing systems for building materials and mineral raw materials. It also carries out development projects for companies in other fields.
