The cornerstone for a motivated workforce was laid decades ago, and it provides young people with excellent vocational training in a wide variety of commercial, technical and business occupations. The young apprentices receive full support from Haver & Boecker’s highly qualified trainers and specialists, have access to an up-to-date, well-equipped learning facility and get additional hands-on training. The doors of the company are always open to highly skilled and motivated specialists. Young apprentices make up approximately eight percent of the entire workforce head-count. The company trains and educates industrial machinists, as well as plant and machine mechanics and technicians. In addition, the company trains mechatronic
specialists, industrial electricians and electronics specialists. Other vocational training includes technical draftpersons, computer specialists and commercial businesspeople.
